Becoming a physician assistant at a school without a pre-pa program?

I am almost a senior in high school and the time has come for me to start thinking about colleges and what I want to study. For quite some time now I have had my mind set on becoming a physician assistant. Some schools offer a pre-physician assistant program while others do not. Michigan state university is the college I hope to attend. They have a pre physician assistant club that helps students with getting into a PA school, but if I did attend this school would I get the required classes in?
