What decision should I make?

I have been engaged for 4 years. We had a rocky relationship at times mostly because of his depression. I decided to further my life with school so I moved from PA to Texas and he drove down with me. I asked him before I left if he would move down here but he has not had a job in over two years and said he would be down later after he gets his job. I found some independence but the first two weeks down here I really needed him for reassurance and he kept ditching my calls and fighting with me saying I call too much. I started to get lonely and hopeless he was actually going to get it together and move down here. On a positive note I met someone else that I really connect to and eventhough I have only known him a couple of weeks, He told me hes in love with me and wants to look for apartments ect. I feel like its a great opportunity because I have soo much fun with him. Problem with him is that hes a truck driver and hes away for 40 days at a time. I know im already having a problem with a long distance relationship. What should I do?
