My breast milk secretes in the form of droplets?

i am breastfeeding a week old baby & my breastmilk is secreting in the form of droplets making it hard for the baby to suckle full stomach or for me to pump sufficient amount for her to feed on later. it also takes me 10minutes each to pump the breastmilk & finally get only a tablespoon full. is everything normal with me?i have tried massaging, hot compressions etc, & people say i need to keep pumping or nursing, but both dont seem to speed up the secretion like how others get in the form of sprays. my breasts are tender & i have no pains during/after pumping/nursing. need help please..
