Is a pa system on a car illegal in california?

I set up a brand new 50 watt pa system in my car, and it has 2 different police sirens and a cop horn, the one that sounds like an "EEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" ahahah. Is this illegal to use in california? oh, and you can also talk through it.
