I HATE being shy but I cant help it, I NEED HELP :(?

im only shy around guys that are goodlooking or i know like me, and i really doo hate it! i always get goodlooking guy asking me out on dates or to talk on the phone (guys i know btw) and i always say No! because im to shy, ive asked myself Whyyyy am I so shy!! and i figured out case im scared of awkwardness!! im 15 and i cant even talk to a cute guy on the phone because im scared of an awkward silent moment that might not even happen! and the guys know im shy and they hate shy girls and i hate myself for being shy! argh what can i do..?
