Pregnant Ghost Shrimp.. I need help?

Hey guys and gals, i recently bought 3 ghost shrimp from petco (i dont have any other local fish store) and the next day 2 died. Although as it turns out the last living one is pregnant. So i got to puting it in my hospital tank and she is very stressed out. And after a few minutes she got some red secretion underneath her eye. Is that normal.. and if the shrimp fry do manage to live.. what do i feed them? THANKS!!!! :-)
