Any good malls in PA that is not too far from Buffalo NY?

My sister is turning 18 and is getting her licence..we are going shopping! Haha unforutunatly we've never been to any malls in PA. Where is their a mall(with alot of stores)that is close to Buffalo NY? It can't be more than a 3 hour drive.. Thanks for the help(:
