Can you look over you shoulder while Parallel parking?

Im taking the Upper Dublin PA road test next tuesday and i can not find a clear answer to if i am allowed to look over my shoulder while parrell parking. I was told by some who took the test you can only look at ur rear and side mirrors... but looking over ur shoulder is way easier so am i allowed to or is it a fail
