Rabbit losing fur around eyes?

6-7 year old male Holland lop. There is an area around his eyes, both sides, moreso on the right, that I wouldn't really describe as losing fur significantly but it seems to be kind of "padded down." When I touch it, it feels kinda crusty and sometimes moist. He doesn't seem to have any excessive tears or secretions though. His eyes look normal and not red or anything. There are no other symptoms. No sneezing or strange sounds like snuffling. By the way, this problem has been around for a few months at least. It is not an acute problem or anything. His diet, behavior and poo is all normal. I was just wondering if this was a normal physiological change or if it was something pathological. Thanks for reading!
