Wait till you get back. I mean what's a month if your concerned about getting it infected. What's more important: peace of mind while in another country or a piercing that may or may not get infected? Just wait till you come back and why would semin, vaginal secretions or spit be anywhere near your head while your working in another country? And yes having open wounds in that kind of environment is no bueno
