Is my navel piercing infected?

I got my neavel pierced about a month ago, and I had been cleaning it out twice daily with saline solution and with soap when i went in the shower (my piercer never gave me info on how to take care of it, so I assumed it was the same as my lip piercing minus the mouth rinse) until i ran out of soulution and I haven't been able to get some more from the store. The redding around the top of my piercing never really went away and it's been oozing this kind of white-yellowish secretion... it doesn't smell or anything, and it's kinda crusty around the top of my piercing. Is it infected? If so, how do i get rid of the infection and if not, what's the whiteish yellowy secretion?
