He's a player. Texting you "looking good" and randomly calling you means he's flirting, but he has a girlfriend. I wouldn't make a move if I were you because you'd be the 3rd person in a relationship. If he has feelings for you he'll break up with his gf. Apart from that, I think he's just a player.
