My ex filed a restraing order against me in pa, but sent me a msg on fb. can my ex get in trouble??? ?

Like someone already said, she can't violate her own order. In other words, she can't get in trouble for contacting you, but YOU can get in trouble if you write back. Why? Because your not allowed to contact her, but nothing says she can't contact you. Is that a messed up system or what? I've worked in law enforcement for many, many years, and I'm telling you, off the record, many times the person who sent the order will try to reach the person they have an order against, to bait them into a response, then, once they get one, THEY go running to the police. In your case, when it comes to facebook, I would NOT respond in anyway, and I'd block her.
