True or False..People who grew-up in either the city/suburbs are different?

i think people who grew-up in the city have more common sense because their street-wise..and people like me who grew up in the suburbs know a little more education wise because i heard that suburban schools are better than city schools. I hate the suburbs and i want to go to a school in Pittsburgh,Pa for college because i need to learn what life is really like and i want o learn to be independent and to survive.
