IPod touch keeps scrolling all the way back up? How do I fix it?

I really don't know why, but my iPod keeps scrolling back to the top. I think it only happens in the app store: I open the app store, and let's say, press "top 25". I scroll down, and press the "next 25" button (or whatever that button at the bottom says that you load more) and guess what? It takes me all the way back up to the top. Sooo, I scroll back down (past those first two pages) and down to the "next 25" button again. When I press it, it's allllll the way back up to the top. So I scroll down pas the three of those pages. Press next 25. Can you guess what happens? Pleaaaaaase helpppp this is veeeeery very frustrating. (I have restored my iPod. I might try again though)
