Gonorrhea and chlamydia through clothing?

a friend of mine has gonorrhea-chlamydia and i gave her my jacket and then she went to pee . after half an hour she gave me the jacket back. is it possible to catch gonorrhea-chlamydia in case the sleeves touched her vagina while she was wiping it? if the sleeve had vaginal secretion on it ... now , should i get wash it with my family's clothes or should i through it away or at least i have to hand-wash it alone ? please help me , i know it sounds weird but i have to know im very worried! thank you
